Melted Candy Policy

It is Century Distributor’s policy not to accept returns of melted candy damaged from the heat if the account has neglected to turn on the air conditioning or they have air conditioning issues. The manufacture will not issue credit to Century for this type of product.

If you have an account that does not have air conditioning, please recommend that they place their candy in their drink coolers.
